Lindhöl is an online store. We do not have a shop you can walk into, so email is the fastest way to reach a person.

A person reads every message and answers it. There is no bot on the other end.

What to include

If your message is about an order, please include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. It saves a round trip and usually gets you an answer the same day.

Where to write about what

• Where is my order? Start with our Track Your Order page, then write to us if it does not answer your question.
• Returns and refunds. Read our Return Policy first, then email us with the subject line Return request.
• A faulty or damaged product. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or a short video.
• How to use it, or whether it is right for you. Our FAQs cover most of it. If not, just ask.
