The product

Does it really feel like hands?
The two nodes are moulded in the shape of a thumb and a palm and move in a rolling pattern, so the pressure travels across the muscle rather than vibrating on the surface. Will it be too intense?
On level 3 it can be, especially in the first week. Start on level 1 with the heat on and work up over a few days. Most people settle on level 2. If you wake up tender, you went too hard — drop back a level.

What is the red light for?
Red light sits behind each palm and comes on with the heat. It warms the tissue from the surface while the nodes work underneath. It is not a medical treatment and we make no medical claims for it.

Where on my body can I use it?
Neck, shoulders, upper and lower back, waist, thighs and calves. Strapped on for the neck and back, held in your hand for the legs.

How long does the battery last?
Around 70 minutes of continuous use per charge, which is roughly a week of daily sessions. It charges over USB-C.

Is it safe to use every day?
Yes. Sessions run in short cycles and it switches off on its own. Work the back of the neck and the tops of the shoulders, never the throat or the sides of the neck. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or have an injury in the area, check with your doctor before using it.

Will it fix my posture?
No, and we would rather say so. It works the muscle; it does not change how you sit. You still need to get up and move.

Ordering and shipping

How much is shipping?
Free on every order, no minimum.

How long will it take?
Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours on business days and typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days across the USA.

Do you ship outside the USA?
Not at the moment.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us the moment you know, with your order number, and we will do what we can. We cannot promise it, though: orders go through to the warehouse very quickly, which is the same reason delivery is fast. If it has already been picked, the simplest fix is to refuse the parcel when the carrier brings it, or accept it and open a return.

Packs and the oil

What is the difference between the packs?
Nothing except quantity and price per unit. Two or more units get an automatic discount, applied at checkout.

What is the Arnica Recovery Oil for?
It lets the nodes glide instead of dragging on dry skin, which means a longer session at a higher setting without a hot spot. It is optional and ships in the same box.

Returns and guarantee

What is the guarantee?
30 days from delivery. The conditions are set out in full on our Return Policy page — please read it before ordering, because the item must come back unused, complete and in undamaged original packaging.

What if it arrives faulty?
That is a different situation and we handle it properly: tell us within 48 hours with photographs or a short video, and we replace it or refund you in full, shipping covered both ways.

Who pays return shipping?
We do if the item is faulty. You do if you simply changed your mind.

Payment and privacy

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify and we never see or store your card details. We accept the major cards plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna.

What do you do with my data?
